One connected platform for every layer of care.

Acredia brings clinical management, operational capability, and sector integrations together in one environment, built for the Strengthened Quality Standards. When your team documents care, they are building evidence. There is no separate compliance layer to maintain on top of it.

Acredia is built for Australian residential aged care providers running real clinical risk across multiple sites, held accountable by ACQSC. The platform is designed around what your clinical and care teams actually do on shift. Compliance is the output of good documentation, not a parallel task that sits on top of it.

Core

Clinical management, quality oversight, and reporting in one connected system, structured for ACQSC compliance and built around the seven Strengthened Quality Standards. Every record your team creates is evidence your facility can produce on demand. Care Direct, Acredia's mobile app for care staff, extends clinical documentation to the point of care.

Add-ons

Purpose-built capability that extends the platform into the operational areas that sit alongside clinical care: resident enquiry and admissions, family communication, facility and maintenance management, and AI-assisted documentation intelligence. Each add-on connects directly with Core.

Integrations

Direct connections to the clinical, funding, medication, workforce, and government systems Australian residential aged care already depends on. From AN-ACC and SIRS to medication management, catering, and quality benchmarking, all integrated without manual exports or parallel data entry.
Is Acredia a single platform or a set of separate products?

Acredia is one connected platform. Clinical management, compliance tools, reporting, and operational add-ons all run in the same environment and share the same data. Everything works together from day one, and data entered in one part of the system is immediately available across all of it.

Does Acredia cover the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards?

Yes. Acredia is built around the seven Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards and the Aged Care Act 2024. Evidence packs, incident documentation, and quality registers are structured to meet ACQSC requirements from the ground up. The Standards shaped how the platform was designed.

Where is Acredia data hosted?

All data is hosted in Australia. Acredia uses AWS data centres in Sydney and Melbourne. Your resident and clinical data stays within Australian jurisdiction, including data exchanged with Acredia’s integration partners.

Does Acredia integrate with existing clinical and medication systems?

Yes. Acredia connects with 27+ clinical, medication, government, and operational systems, including AN-ACC, GPMS, SIRS, and a full suite of pharmacy and medication management partners. See the Integrations page for the complete list.

How long does implementation take?

Implementation timeframes depend on facility size, existing system complexity, and migration requirements. Acredia’s implementation team works to a structured program with defined milestones and clinical continuity as the governing priority. Contact us for a timeline specific to your facility.
