From first enquiry to admitted resident, on one record.

Acredia CRM manages the full admissions pipeline inside the same platform your clinical team uses, from first enquiry through to the agreements that admit a resident. When a resident is admitted, their record is already there, and so is the agreement that brought them in.

What CRM Does

Every enquiry is captured, tracked, and followed up within the platform. Waitlists are managed against real-time bed availability. When a prospective resident is ready to be admitted, the information gathered during the enquiry and pre-admission process transfers directly into their clinical record in Core, and CRM generates the resident or representative agreement straight from that same admissions data. A commercial CRM can track the pipeline; it cannot produce the agreement at the end of it. That is the difference between a CRM built for sales and a CRM built for aged care admissions.

For providers managing admissions across multiple sites, CRM gives a consolidated view of enquiry pipeline, bed occupancy, and agreement status without toggling between systems.
  • Enquiry capture and lead tracking

  • Waitlist management with bed availability visibility

  • Pre-admission documentation and assessment records

  • Resident and representative agreement generation from admissions data

  • Family contact management and communication history

  • Admissions workflow and task management

  • Multi-site pipeline visibility

  • Reporting on enquiry volume, conversion, and occupancy

Does CRM connect to the clinical record in Core?

Yes. When a prospective resident is admitted, the information captured during the enquiry and pre-admission process transfers directly into their clinical record in Core. The admissions record and the clinical record are the same record.

How is Acredia CRM different from a commercial CRM?

Commercial CRMs are built for sales pipeline tracking, not for the agreements an aged care admission requires. Acredia CRM generates resident and representative agreements directly from the same data captured during enquiry and pre-admission, so the agreement and the admissions record are never out of sync. A commercial CRM would need a separate document workflow bolted on to do this; Acredia CRM does it from data it already has.

Can families initiate enquiries through the CRM?

CRM manages enquiries received through your existing intake channels, whether by phone, email, or your website contact form. Contact the Acredia team for details on intake channel integration.

Does CRM handle ACAT referrals and My Aged Care pathway enquiries?

Yes. Referrals from My Aged Care and ACAT assessments can be managed within the admissions pipeline in CRM. Contact the Acredia team for specifics on your referral workflow.
