Connected to the systems Australian aged care depends on.

A clinical management platform that does not connect to AN-ACC, GPMS, and SIRS is not a clinical management platform for Australian aged care. It is a documentation tool with a gap where government compliance sits. Acredia integrates directly with the funding, reporting, medication, workforce, and government systems your facility already uses. Data moves between systems automatically. There are no manual exports, no parallel data entry, and no compliance submissions built on spreadsheets that may or may not reflect what is in your clinical system.

Acredia connects with over 20 clinical, operational, and government systems Australian residential aged care providers already rely on. All integrations run within Acredia’s Australian-hosted infrastructure; no data leaves Australian jurisdiction at any point.

Medication and Pharmacy

Australian residential aged care providers are required to report into three government systems. Acredia connects to all three, so care minute compliance, provider management, and mandatory incident reporting run inside the same environment as clinical documentation.

Government and Funding

Australian residential aged care providers are legally required to report into three government systems. Acredia connects to all three — so care minute compliance, provider management, and mandatory incident reporting are managed inside the same environment as clinical documentation, not through a parallel process built on spreadsheets.

Clinical Assessment

Structured clinical assessment is the evidence base for care planning, AN-ACC classification, and ACQSC compliance. Acredia's clinical assessment integrations connect specialist assessment tools directly to resident records, so assessment data is part of the clinical record from the start.

Catering and Nutrition

Dietary requirements, texture modifications, and allergy management are clinical obligations under Standard 5. Acredia's catering integrations connect resident clinical profiles to food service systems, so what the kitchen delivers reflects what the clinical record requires.

Workforce and Identity Compliance

Workforce governance, including training compliance, incident reporting, and eligibility verification, is a Standard 2 obligation. Acredia's workforce integrations connect staff compliance records, learning management, and identity verification directly to the platform.

Quality and Benchmarking

Quality indicator performance and continuous improvement planning benefit from data that extends beyond a single facility's records. Acredia's quality integration connects sector benchmarking and audit management tools to the compliance data already in the platform.

Communications

Structured communication, care coordination, and documented escalation sit alongside clinical management. Acredia's communications integrations connect messaging, workflow, and document execution tools to the platform, so communication between staff, residents, and families is traceable and auditable.

Your data never leaves Australia.

All processing and storage happen within Acredia's secure Australian environment, AWS Sydney and Melbourne data centres. No third-party AI vendor has access to your resident or clinical data at any point. The processing happens within Acredia's own infrastructure.

Acredia is a signatory to the MSIA and MTAA Voluntary AI Governance Code, Australia's framework for responsible AI in healthcare software. Every output is logged, sourced, and reviewable within the platform, supporting your obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 and the Aged Care Act 2024.

Acredia Intelligence is built by Acredia, not assembled from a third-party AI service with a data processing agreement layered over it. The model and the infrastructure are ours, which means there is no external vendor whose access, terms, or data practices you need to account for.
Does Acredia integrate with my existing pharmacy system?

Acredia integrates with Epicor, BestMed, MedSig (Webster), MyPak, MIMS, and ERx. If your facility uses a pharmacy system not listed here, contact the Acredia team to discuss compatibility and whether an integration pathway exists.

How does Acredia handle AN-ACC compliance?

AN-ACC care minute tracking and compliance reporting are built into the Acredia platform. Assessment data, care minute records, and funding compliance reporting are managed within the same environment as your clinical documentation, not in a separate system or a spreadsheet. When AN-ACC submissions are due, the data is already there.

Is SIRS reporting integrated or does it require a separate step?

SIRS incident documentation is built into the Core clinical workflow. When an incident is documented in Acredia, the record is structured for mandatory SIRS reporting requirements (both immediate and priority notifications) from the point of entry. There is no separate export, no manual submission step, and no risk of a notification being missed because an incident was documented in one system and reported through another.

Can Acredia connect to systems not listed here?

Acredia’s integration capability continues to expand. If your facility depends on a specific system not listed on this page, contact the Acredia team to discuss compatibility and the product roadmap.
